Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode disables all of the menu items and locks the app to the Sell page. It also prevents you from switching between events. This is useful for a Registration Kiosk that does not allow attendees to change settings or see the Guest List.

Kiosk Mode stays on even if the app is restarted. The only way to turn it off is by either using the passcode or reinstalling the app (after which you would have to log back in).

Enable Kiosk Mode

Go to Settings > Enable Kiosk Mode.

You will be prompted to enter a passcode. Make sure you remember the passcode because you will have to use it to turn off Kiosk Mode. Once you enter a code and tap Ok, Kiosk Mode will be enabled and the app will be locked to the Sell page.

Disable Kiosk Mode

To disable Kiosk Mode, tap Disable Kiosk Mode in the side menu. You will be asked for the passcode that you entered before. Enter it and then tap Ok. Kiosk Mode is now disabled.

If you forgot the passcode, you can reset it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That will also require you to log back into eventOne.
